Excellent location!

Solo female traveler. Safe neighborhood. The house was spotless and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Eh...

Dated house, says remodeled in '18 but was not a full remodel. A review from '23 said the sink in the bathroom didn't drain well, I assumed since we were staying over a year later it would have been fixed, but no, it still doesn't drain well. The floors are SO loud when walking, I was worried I would wake my kids every time I took a step. No dishwasher and they ask you to wash your own dishes. Could tell when pulling out "clean" dishes the people before us just put away what they had used without washing them. In the morning we woke to ants all over the kitchen. As we were packing we saw a sign on the fridge saying that could be an issue. The fridge was cluttered with scrabble pieces and the sign was so small we didn't see it until it was too late. I recommend a larger sign or putting it on the counter. There is a 29 page "guest binder" sent before our stay. When I couldn't find the washer and dryer I looked at amenities where it listed there was a a washer and dryer on property. We assumed it was in the basement which had a combination lock on it. I sent a message asking how to access it. Instead of just being told the code, I was told it was in the guestbook. I went back to the guestbook, it was after things to do, hikes, restaurants, attractions, etc. almost at the very end. I suggest moving it up in the "guest binder" and when asked maybe just give it instead of sending guest on a hunt for it. We wanted to use the sofa bed but there were no window coverings in entryway.

Short stay with Hiking plans

Great place to have everything needed as a home base for Olympic National Park. Hit Lake Crescent for a day. Many restaurants and stores to nearby if desired.

Great place

This was the perfect house for our trip to Olympic National Park. The house had everything we needed! It was close to the park and close to downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

Nicely themed

We had a breaker out upon arrival and the property manager was very helpful right away.
