Cornerstone Haven – A Family Lakeside Escape

Great location. Fantastic scenery. Beautiful clear lake for swimming.

We had an excellent experience staying at this lake home! The house was real clean. I would highly recommend this home to anyone considering staying in the Lake Crescent area.

Great location for all the different parts of the park. Lovely house with beautiful view of the lake. Hope to visit again.

Nice house, lot of space for not that many beds but worked for our family of four. Location is in a gated community but easy access to water and also short drive from the amazing lake crescent.

We had a mixed stay. The good: Lake Sutherland is amazingly beautiful, the communal dock with swimming area was great. The house provided tons of towels and life jackets. The house was clean. The bad: the house has a very odd layout. Only one bedroom has full curtains and a door. The other rooms/lofts will stay as light as it is outside. This made getting our kids to sleep a challenge. The downstairs bathroom is damp smelling. Finally, the hosts told us the day before our arrival we’d have access to kayaks. Upon arriving they then told us this wasn’t the case. We then had to pay hundreds to rent instead of bringing and using our own.
