Amazing Duplex With Water & Mountain Views, Private Hot Tubs & Beach Access!

This is not a bad review, but an honest assessment of issues that would affect my decision to stay here again. The property was exceptionally clean, and everything appeared to be in good to excellent condition.This is a duplex sharing a wall with another unit, and much of the outdoor space feels shared. The hot tub itself is not visible from the neighboring unit, but its location in the front yard felt odd and uncomfortable. Although it offers a beautiful view of the mountains and estuary, it is only about 20–30 feet from the road and completely exposed to people walking or driving by. The road was not busy, but using the hot tub still felt awkward.The property’s views are limited to the mountains; there are no water views. While the estuary is nearby, it does not improve the view, and the sulfur smell was quite strong—even inside the unit.After briefly using the hot tub, we also found that the provided towels were small and thin. Although the rental is newly appointed and everything looks nice, many furnishings and amenities felt inexpensive or basic. The living room was clean and attractive, but the sofa was uncomfortable, and the large space between it and the wall-mounted TV made the layout feel impractical.Overall, I understand why people would rent this property: it is clean, well-presented, and visually appealing. However, the overall experience was not one my family or I would repeat.
